Both Ohio and US law require all courts to provide a certified sign language interpreter for you for legal proceedings at the courthouse. In 2010, the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division gave written guidance to courts about their duty to provide interpreters.  To read the full letter,CLICK HERE.
