Domestic Violence in the Workplace Training


This training, designed for employers, provides an understanding of the domestic violence issues affecting the workplace. Topics covered include liabilities and costs for employers, safety issues for employees, and policies and procedures for addressing domestic violence in the workplace. Participants will gain awareness and skill in recognizing, responding to, and supporting employees who are victim of domestic violence.


The time frame for this training varies and will be adjusted to meet the needs of the group for which it is presented. Training involves primarily lecture and discussion.
