Holding Batterers Accountable:

Batterers' Intervention or Anger Management?

This training explores ways to hold batterers accountable within the most appropriate program framework. Facilitators will examine the causes of domestic violence and the role of emotions in domestic violence before analyzing and comparing anger management and batterers intervention program frameworks. Participants will increase their understanding of treatment for batterers and will have the opportunity to discuss steps to increase batterer accountability.
