Registration & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment or guarantee of payment is due by the deadline
  • A full refund will be given until the registration deadline
  • Participant substitutions are always permitted
  • If you cancel your registration after the deadline or fail to attend the training, you or your agency will still Be responsible for the full registration fee
  • Some trainings are made possible with gracious offers from the host agencies who assist ODVN with local logistics, including space and equipment; therefore, host agency staff will have first priority in registration
  • Many trainings are limited to 25 participants. These trainings with fewer than 15 registered participants will be cancelled.
  • ODVN will fax or email confirmations with directions and hotel information to all participants
  • Please notify the Training Coordinator of any disabilities or special needs prior to attending a training
  • Layered, casual, and comfortable clothing is recommended. Often, we cannot control the temperature of the training room
  • If the training does not provide lunch, participants will be given information on restaurant, or they may bring their own lunch. Not all trainings offer a lunch break.
