Introduction:

On April 27-28, 2001, a deverse group of Latino men and women deeply committed to the elimination of domestic violence in to Latino community gathered in Pasadena, California to participate in the Forum on Latinos Who Batter: Hope for Those Who Hurt Others.  They came from throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Chile and Guatemala.  This national event, officially sponsored by the National Latino Alliance for the Elimination of Domestic Violence/Alianza Latina Nacional Para Erradicar La Violencia Domestica (known as support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Community Services.
