Q. How can I obtain access to the site? How can my staff sign up?
A. Anyone can self-register through the Online Learning Academy. To join a course, select "enroll" and then complete the short registration form. You will need an email address to register. Upon registering you will have immediate access to content.
Q: Where do I login to access the online learning platform?
A: Access the website here.
Q: How do I access the content after I register?
A: Upon registering you will be given immediate access to the content. In addition, you'll receive an email with the confirmation details, including the link to use to access the course at your convenience.
Q. What should I do if I forget my password?
A: When you visit the course URL you will be asked to enter your email and password. If you forget your password you can click the text at the bottom of the page that says "I forgot my password" and you will be prompted to enter your email. You will be sent an email with password details.
Q. When I tried to access the content it said "there are no seats available." What does this mean?
A: The Online Academy is setup to accommodate ten users accessing the content at any time. If you try to access a course and see a message that there are not seats available, try the link again at a later time. ODVN will be watching this closely as the new site is rolled out and should it be needed will upgrade the number of users who can view content simultaneously.
Q: What training and support will be available for the online training academy?
A: We encourage new users to watch this recorded training webinar to help you get started. The platform is very simple and most users are able to get started and complete training modules with no assistance. Should you have questions you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What changes does this mean for the technical assistance and training that ODVN provides?
A: The online training academy is not intended to
replace the face-to-face training and technical assistance that ODVN
offers or that your organization provides for your staff. The online
academy is intended to supplement the training offerings and is another
tool that you and your staff can rely on to stay up-to-date on the
latest best practices.
Q: Will I get CEUs for completing an online course?
A: No, CEUs are not available for ODVN sponsored online courses or webinars.
